MENTAL HEALTH Poetry

It hurts When You Said I hurt | Poem

You will know what hurts you,

Once, you’re going after perfection,

You will see light you seek is faulty,

Even the darkness inside doesn’t speak

When the moment of love comes hugging.

Alina, a peasant woman in suburbs of Delhi,

Cook the family’s meals and clean their mess,

She knows what she desires at night of touch.

There is Shobo, who doesn’t speak

When he’s called a sickness among the perfects,

Maybe he knows what darkness can do,

There is us, Deathra, always looking for ways

To stay away from the holy compassion,

We shared once in a dark motel.
