Shaping Another Me | Poem

More I run,

More it comes,

It’s my poison,

It’s my hold drink,

Deathra, pain’s not leaving me.

I don’t desire abandonment,

And, I feel it intense,

It wreaks my thoughts,

It shapes another me,

A monster I become,

And, I ask for more pain,

What have I become with time,

Deathra, call Divino to hold me,

I can’t sleep,

I can’t look into my soul’s eyes.

These words not letting me sleep,

My thoughts need to be read,

Let me sleep, tonight,

Deathra, tell Divino, I’m in love,

And, I fear dessert of myself.

I’m tired, yet I’m furious,

Sleep will get it forgotten,

And, I will wake alive.
