Strength In The Longing | Poem

Can you imagine the voids, Liebe,

Beneath the goodness you taught?

I am a monster; whom you saved of life,

The darkness, we learned to control,

Is learning to surface its own,

There, we lie naked; laughing over the scars.

And, the frowns I receive of truth,

Stopped hurting the present anymore.

I wonder,

You crave to walk in the world,

I crave to intimate in the world,

Let these words decide; insanity or sanity.
